Sula.ai is a multi-tenant business operating system providing CRM, WhatsApp messaging, appointment scheduling, and business intelligence tools for clinics, construction companies, and other businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each business tenant operates in an isolated environment.
By connecting your WhatsApp Business number, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before messaging contacts.
You retain full ownership of all business data stored on Sula.ai. We do not claim any rights to your content, leads, conversations, or business records.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Sula.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
