Sula.ai collects business information (company name, contact details), user account data (name, email, phone), and operational data (leads, conversations, appointments) to provide our business management services.
Your data is used to: operate the platform, send WhatsApp messages on your behalf via Meta's Business API, provide analytics and insights, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you connect your WhatsApp Business number, Sula acts as a technology provider to send and receive messages on your behalf. Message content is transmitted via Meta's encrypted infrastructure. We store message logs for your records and analytics.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and business data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by visiting our data deletion page, contacting team@sula.ai, or through your account settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API tokens are encrypted. We use row-level tenant isolation to ensure your data is never accessible by other businesses on the platform.
